Create classes, assign faculty, set rooms, manage capacity, and update the public schedule.

Add or Edit a Class

Multiple faculty members can be assigned to the same class.

Enter 0 or leave blank for unlimited enrollment.

Location override

Use this only when the displayed location should be different from the selected room.

Faculty

Select every faculty member teaching this class. Hold Ctrl on Windows or Command on Mac while clicking to select multiple faculty members.

Class description

Add the description attendees will see on the schedule and class details page.

Blocks time conflicts

Attendees will not be able to select another conflicting class.

Automatically included

This class or event will automatically appear in every attendee’s schedule.

Select Edit to update an existing class.
